Security issues
Good day, E-Bike riders. We hope you are out and about racking up the Kilometres for our American friends, miles and miles.
With the rapid growth of E-bike ownership came security issues. Today we will talk about keeping our bikes as safe as possible:
1. When we are securing our bikes attach our bikes to both the bike rack and frame.
2. If possible take the battery with you. The battery is out most expensive component and a bike that does not have a battery is less desirable to potential bike thieves.
3. Try to park our bikes in visible well lighted areas.
4. Document the serial number of your bike. This will help identify your bike. Also, the insurance companies will be asking for this number and invoice pricing.
